Ian RUTHERFURD

Ian Rutherfurd is a professor in the School of Geography at the University of Melbourne. He is a fluvial geomorphologist with an interest in river processes, but also in the restoration and management of aquatic systems. Ian has worked on river systems all over Australia and in many countries. He has worked for several years in government, as a consultant, and has acted on numerous government boards and advisory committees. Finally, Ian has been involved in all of the last nine Stream Management conferences.
