Speaker Presentation Instructions
Conference sessions take place in the Grand Ballroom, Ballroom 1, 2, 3 and Chancellor 6. Audio-visual equipment will be supplied and there will be a technician on site to assist with any enquires. Your talk is to be loaded with a technician in the Speakers Preparation Room on the Mezzanine Level outside the Grand Ballroom at least one full session in advance of your presentation session. You should bring your talk on a USB saved in a format for display on a 16:9 widescreen projector compatible with PC.
Standard equipment for presentation is a PC based computer running MS PowerPoint, with lectern, microphone, and laser pointer. Please note there are no Macintosh computers in the presentation rooms. If you wish to use your Macintosh please ensure you bring the appropriate projector converter cables.
